Xelleon PLC Strengthens Management Team
Online, April 24, 2012 (Newswire.com) - In a decision approved by the board of directors of Xelleon Plc Dale Scott Marion, President who is also the creator and lead developer of all of the systems and technologies currently being managed or developed by Xelleon will take on the secondary position of Chief Technology Officer. The company is presently searching for a new President, CEO to allow Mr. Marion to concentrate on managing and developing the company's valuable technology assets.
Xelleon has added Craig Hanson Chief Development Officer and Director to its management team. Jonathan Shack Chief Expansion Officer has been appointed as a Director. Brian Rutkowski has changed roles and will assume the position of Chief Research Officer and has also become a Director. Cross Legion who is currently the Acting Vice President will remain in his current role.
The positions come with shares, bonuses and other compensation from revenues the management team creates for Xelleon. A Profit sharing plan for all employees will be added as the company expands.
