They bring offerings to the deity, i.e. Rot Prasad. Just opposite to the cave is a raised platform that is used by women devotees to have Darshan of the Jogi/Balak Nath as they are not allowed to go near the idol of Baba Balak Nath.

Shah-talai is a village that is located at a distance of 6 kilometers from the temple, the entire village where Babaji practiced penance.

Naina Devi Temple

Situated on a hilltop in the Bilaspur District of Himachal Pradesh, the Naina Devi Temple is a one of the famous 51 Shakti-peethas of India. The temple can be easily reached via road and cable car facility. According to legends, when Lord Shiva came to know that Sati had self-immolated her, he became extremely angry and carried her corpse and ran around the world in grief. To save the world from his rage, Lord Vishnu dismembered Sati's lifeless body using his Chakra into 51 pieces that fell at different places. These places where the pieces of the Goddess's lifeless body fell gave rise to Shakti-peethas. It is believed that the eyes of Sati fell here and thus it got the name of Naina Devi. Overlooking the Gobind Sagar Lake, the hills of the Temple provides a mesmerizing view of the entire region.

Simsa Mata Mandir

Located in the Mandi district, Simsa Mata Mandir is one of the notable Temples in Himachal Pradesh. The temple worships the Goddess Sharda, known as Simsa Mata in Himachal Pradesh. It is believed that women who are not able to give birth to children visit the temple during navratras and stay at its premises for nine days. During these days they offer prayers to the deity, perform kirtans and services in the honor of the deity. Pleased with the devotees, she blesses them with the boon of a child.

Jawalamukhi Temple

The temple of Jawalamukhi, also known as Jwala Ji is situated in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. The temple worships a flame that burns endlessly. Every year, during Navratras a fair is held at the temple between the months of July and August. Devotees offer the deity with Bhog of Rabri (thickened milk), Misri (candy), seasonal fruits and milk.
