Connected Care Kit is a kit of the latest, wi-fi-enabled, hospital-quality equipment that allows Connected Care Medics to perform physical assessments, general and in-depth observations, wound care management, point of care tests (blood and urine tests performed at the patient location), electrocardiogram, spectrometry, ENT care and complex nursing activities including tracheotomy and gastronomy management, all at a location convenient for the patient.
