Vaccine Injury Experts, Gold Law Firm, LLC. Files Vaccine Injury Complaint Alleging Gardasil (HPV) Immunization Caused Myalgia,
WELLESLEY HILLS, MA, July 13, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Gold law Firm, LLC. attorney Howard Gold recently filed a Gardasil vaccine complaint on behalf of a now 18-year old New York man, who has a chronic Musculoskeletal contdition. The case filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., seeks recovery under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
“This case is a tragic example of the increasing number of injuries and adverse reactions we are seeing nationwide in young woman and young men who have received the Gardasil vaccine,” says Howard Gold, a leading Vaccine Injury attorney who handles cases from across the United States.
I strongly believe that children and adults alike should be receiving all of their mandatory vaccinations. However in the case of optional vaccines, especially ones that are new to market, it's important to talk to your health care practitioner about the risks.

First approved in 2006, Gardasil is designed to protect young women and girls from several of the human papillomavirus (HPV) strains likely to cause genital warts and cervical cancer.
In this most recent case, 13-vv-968, WALKER et al v. SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, the Petitioner, who at the time was 16-years old, received the Gardasil (HPV) vaccination. According to the filing, within days he began to experience a high fever, tachycardia, fatigue and muscle weakness and pain. He has been diagnosed with Myalgia, which is pain, soreness and inflammation of the muscles. Since its introduction there have been more than thirty-thousand (30,000) reactions from the Gardasil (HPV) Vaccine reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) set up under the Vaccine Injury Program. “I strongly believe that children and adults alike should be receiving all of their mandatory vaccinations. However in the case of optional vaccines, especially ones that are new to market, it's important to talk to your health care practitioner about the risks,” states Gold, who has been handling Vaccine cases for 15 years.
Patients have three (3) years from the onset of the injury (or two years from date of death) to file a claim. Gold states that the “Program is not used as much as it could be because the American public is just not aware of it. I receive at least 5 calls a month from individuals who cannot obtain compensation because the deadline has passed. They just found out about it too late. We all need to do a better job in getting the word out to the public that the Program exists.”
