We had a wonderful visit in Newport. What a great summer location! Second beach is clean and kept up well. The sand was soft and the water warm with plenty of waves for fun. The lifeguards allow you to use boogie boards or you can body surf. The beach is a short ride to a protected nature area. We walked two of the trails and enjoyed the views. On a cooler day we visited five of the Newport Mansions, which are historical houses from the Gilded Age. Another day we walked the Cliff Walk, and drove the Ocean Drive. The condo at Newport Onshore was spacious and had many amenities.

We were supplied with everything we could possibly need, including incidentals such as dishtowels and dishwashing detergent. We had two balconies, one which overlooked a marina with a side view of the harbor. This was great for relaxing. The nearby outdoor restaurant had live entertainment every night. It was soft guitar music that we could enjoy from our own balcony. The condo was within walking distance to harbor restaurants and shops. Thank you for following up on our request. We were pleased to be able to use our membership for this property. The condo rental was a bargain for this high priced
New England summer rental area. We look forward to working with you and Travel To Go again.

Hi Caroline!

I think everything is okay now as I talked to Stephen today and faxed him RCI's "Mandatory Guest Information Form" and four pages of their Pre-paid Shore Excursion Order Form identifying seven excursions we want to take. I made an error in initially faxing all this to RCI directly and it appears they bounced all or part of what I'd sent to Travel To Go. Stephen was on the ball in realizing something had gone off the track and contacted us to alert us about it.

We look forward to positive confirmation of all seven of the excursions we have requested as soon as possible. Thanks for your help and also for the Palm Springs trip we made last month. The Oasis is a good resort and we and our guests were pleased with it and with the things we saw in and around Palm Springs.
