TradePMR has named Steven Durko as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In the newly created role, Durko will oversee the strategy and evolution of the company's technology platforms, Fusion and Earnwise, that support the growth of TradePMR's nearly 800 registered investment advisors (RIAs). He will report directly to TradePMR's founder, president and CEO, Robb Baldwin.

Prior to joining TradePMR, Durko was the CTO at OppLoans. During his tenure, the company evolved from brick and mortar financial startup that lacked a web presence and a technology team into a profitable FinTech disruptor with over $250M of loans issued. The firm was recognized in 2016 by INC 500 as one of the "Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S."

"Technology is rapidly changing in wealth management," added Durko. "I am excited to join a team that is committed to staying ahead of the technology curve and look forward to delivering robust tools that can change the way advisors run their businesses."

Durko is the latest to join the growing custodial services1 company's leadership team. In the past year, TradePMR has appointed James Halvosa, IACCP, AIF, as Chief Compliance Officer and Christine Young as Corporate Counsel.

Baldwin and Durko will be participating at the upcoming T3 Technology Conference for Enterprises being hosted by industry FinTech expert Joel Bruckenstein. "I look forward to meeting up with all of our integration partners and clients – current and prospective – while at T3 in Las Vegas," Durko said.

Durko graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He officially began his new role Aug. 1.
