Toll Brothers Northern California Division bestowed with eight awards at the San Francisco BIA event, including Builder of the Year and 2018 Community of the Year.

Each year, the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area (BIA) holds the Excellence in Home Building Awards. These awards commend member companies who have shown outstanding skill in categories ranging from Best Digital Campaign to Best Architectural Design to Builder of the Year.
Toll Brothers Northern California Division took home 8 awards and earned finalist placement in 15 separate categories overall.
For their Metro Crossing luxury condominium collection, they earned awards for Best Website, Best Graphic Community, 2018 Sales Team of the Year and 2018 Community of the Year.
The Parada model from Serena at Gale Ranch earned Toll Brothers the award for Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Model Priced $900,000 to $1.5 Million.
Their Morgan Hill community, Borello Ranch Estates, won two separate awards – one for Best Landscape Design and one for Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home Over 3,000 SF – Tesoro.
