The NuRock Companies Hires New Regional Maintenance Director.

Online, February 17, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The NuRock Companies hires new Regional Maintenance Director. Robert Hoskins, Managing Principal at The NuRock Companies announced the hiring of Gene Santiago as Regional Maintenance Director. Mr. Santiago brings with him over 15 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry with experience in Leasing and Marketing, Property Management, Construction and Maintenance. Most recently Gene provided training in Basic Plumbing, HVAC and Key Management and was responsible for an in-house interior renovation program where successfully renegotiated many of the renovation costs saving thousands of dollars. Mr. Santiago is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Certified Pool Inspector (CPI), Certified Proctor for the ESCO Institute is EPA Universal Certified and 410A Safety Certified.
