Steve Recht Elected Vice Chairman of Agrothermal Systems
NAPA, Calif., November 28, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Today, Agrothermal Systems® Board Chairman, Richard Griffith announced that Board member Steve Recht has been elected Vice Chairman of the Agrothermal Board of Directors. According to Griffith, “Steve brings a diverse financial and senior management background to the Agrothermal Team with over 40 years of business leadership experience. He has previously served as CFO, COO and CEO for public, private equity-backed, and venture-backed companies.”

Richard Griffith, Chairman, CFO
Recht’s career includes Board of Director roles for public firms such as Marimba, Inc. of Sunnyvale, California and Sizmek, Inc. of Austin, Texas and CFO roles for numerous private and public firms including for the IPOs of Shutterfly, Inc. and NetGravity, Inc. Most recently, Recht was CFO of Aconex, Ltd of Melbourne, Australia. Aconex is a software management platform with 41 offices around the globe. As CFO, Recht completed an IPO on the Australian Securities Exchange.
