United States, January 23, 2015 (Newswire.com) - On November 30, 2007, Intersections Inc. acquired the outstanding shares of Net Enforcers Inc. for approximately $14.3 million in cash. Later, concerns were raised as to the legitimacy of the transaction regarding the actual value of Net Enforcers.
Following the complaint, multiple third party review boards were hired including Intersections, Inc. to complete a NEI Investigation who stated:

Third party review of all NEI revenue contracts to ensure revenue was recorded during 2008 in accordance with GAAP and contractual terms (NEI Revenue Assurance Review).
Based on the Company's investigation and review, both contemporaneously and additional procedures performed as of the date of this memo, we did not identify any issues that materially impacted the Company's previously issued 2008 quarterly financial statements (March 31, June 30 and September 30) or the Company's financial statements for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2008.
After a complete and thorough investigation, Joe Loomis of CyberSponse was found to be in complete compliance by investigators after a meticulous inspection of business actions regarding his former company Net Enforcers. Ultimately all 3rd party auditors found no wrong-doing or fraudulent activity.
