The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Hyderabad Chapter has been conducting several activities to handhold the start ups ranging from mentoring to building up teams, technology innovations and exposing them to various financial supportive systems available.

`Academic degrees or background don't guarantee success or otherwise.Entrepreneurs should realize that the main challenge is to identify possible problems and take corrective actions to ensure business growth", Srini Raju, Founder & MD Peepul Capital Advisors Group said here.

"Entrepreneurship is not about finding faults with others for your problems, but identifying the challenges that come in your way, because as an entrepreneur you don't write your script, it is written by your customers, your investors, your market and you need to deliver according to those", Said Srini Raju, probably the most accomplished start-up ecosystem supporter that Hyderabad has.

He mentioned the success stories of enterprising entrepreneurs he funded; the CEO of TV9 who was a reporter in another channel before he started his own channel, the CEO of Univercell who was a sales person turned entrepreneur and also his first investment beneficiary, the CEO of SatNav, all of whom he identified on the basis of traits he sought out in entrepreneurs, which made them successful within their organizations.

"One should know about the market and competitors in which they operate, also academic degrees and background don't guarantee success or otherwise," he said.
