Before joining the InterContinental Hotels Group as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage in Semiramis InterContinental Cairo, Bernardi held various hospitality positions with several international chains in various countries working as Chef de Rang with Savoy London in UK, Assistant Sommelier with Mosimann’s Private Dining Club, Assistant F&B Manager with Casa del Mar, Leading Hotel of the World, in Santa Monica in USA, Restaurant Manager at the Ritz Carlton in Doha, Qatar, Assistant Director of F&B at the Movenpick Jumeirah Beach in Dubai, UAE, Assistant Director of F&B at Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE and EAM in charge of F&B at Habtoor Grand Beach Resort and Spa Autograph Collection in Dubai, UAE. 

Bernardi comes with 16 years of experience in the hospitality business. The scope of his management experience includes food and beverage operations and catering in upscale hotels, bars and fine dining restaurants. He is also experienced in conferences and catering sales as well as recreation.
