â- Online apartment, house rental and real estate scams used to swindle consumers out of thousands of dollars.
â- Denial-of-service attacks on cell phones and landlines used as a ruse to access victims' bank accounts.
â- Fake e-mails seeking donations to disaster relief efforts after last year's earthquake in Haiti
