Startup Weekend: Health is the first of its kind completely focused on health in Washington State.

Teams organically form around the top ideas (by vote) and then it’s a 54-hour work frenzy of business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. Startup Weekends culminate in Sunday night demos-- presentations to local business leaders with an opportunity for critical feedback.
Categories include: medical devices, telemedicine, e-scheduling, wearables, consumer health applications, big data, pharma/life sciences, payer/insurance technology, and nutrition. Participants will receive: access to a 3D printer for prototypes, plenty of SWAG, plus a free hour of consultation with the Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association
Prizes are awarded to the top three teams.
