Online, November 15, 2013 (Newswire.com) - The highly anticipated signature restaurant of esteemed French chef Guy Savoy is now officially open on The Pearl-Qatar.

Quisine by Guy Savoy, the Michelin starred chef's first venture in the Middle East, presents an entirely unique gastronomic experience.

The restaurant provides diners with a tantalising menu offering a number of Guy Savoy's signature dishes, including the artichoke and black truffle soup, the crispy sea bass and the line-caught whiting with caviar while, in keeping with his surroundings, Guy Savoy has also incorporated hints of local flavours into his cuisine.

In addition, two exquisite tasting menus are available to allow diners to enjoy the very best of what Quisine by Guy Savoy has to offer.

Guy Savoy will be working in his kitchen in Qatar regularly along with his team of talented, hand-picked chefs from Paris who will always be in situ to ensure guests receive the same high standard and the ultimate Guy Savoy experience.

The venue, which has been designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, captures Guy Savoy's vision for his restaurants perfectly, reflecting his deep passion for art. The Pearl-Qatar provides an idyllic backdrop for Quisine by Guy Savoy.

For an even more personal experience, guests can book the chef's table which is situated in the heart of the kitchen, allowing diners to soak up the atmosphere and gain a remarkable insight into the workings of a busy kitchen.

The restaurant seats approximately 45 and is open from 7pm Sunday through Friday.
