AUSTIN, Texas, February 5, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Quality Innovation (Qi2) is proud to welcome Robert Brewer as our Director of Contracts and Business Development (BD). He will lead our BD team to capitalize on our recent IDIQ contract wins and help to craft our growth and competitive strategy.

Bob is a Navy veteran who obtained his engineering degree from the Naval Academy and went on to a 24-year career as a Surface Warfare Officer, culminating in Command of USS PORTLAND (LSD-37). While serving, he continued his education to obtain two Master’s degrees from Central Michigan University and one from the Army War College. When he retired from the Navy, he spent the next decade in engineering positions. Since, then Bob has focused on business development and led his companies to win hundreds of millions of dollars worth of federal business.
