Now retired, Patti devotes a large part of her time to volunteer work. She founded The Myrtle Tree Health Clinic at age 57, completed a 26.2 marathon at age 65, started The Myrtle Tree Online at age 70, and started H.I.M. writing letters and giving Bible studies to inmates at age 75.
