Otto's BMW Driven to Give Back to Surrounding Community

WEST CHESTER, Pa., August 13, 2019 (Newswire.com) - On a beautiful summer day, West Chester residents walk towards the Otto’s BMW display at the West Chester Parks and Recreation event, Bark in the Park. One or two event attendees simply grab drawstring bags, which Otto’s BMW staff are handing out to all visitors, but some visitors stay and converse with the dealership’s staff.

As the scene unfolds throughout the afternoon, it quickly becomes clear that Otto’s BMW is a staple at the West Chester Parks and Recreation events. Conversations throughout the day are filled with smiles, laughs and it is hard not to notice the interactions have a similar tone as an individual reconnecting with an old friend. 

This isn’t shocking when it becomes known that Otto’s BMW has sponsored the West Chester Parks and Recreation events for the last five years through donations and volunteering. The BMW Dealership’s staff looks right at home speaking with visitors and even petting some dogs that are accompanying their owners.

Many event attendees actually stop their walk of the event to visit the BMW dealership’s display, which speaks volumes, regarding the tradition surrounding Otto’s BMW sponsoring the West Chester Parks and Recreation events. 

“Give back” are two words Michael G. Vadasz, President of Otto’s BMW, states proudly when discussing his dealership’s relationship with the surrounding city of West Chester. Lisa Thompson, Michael’s daughter and General Manager of Otto’s BMW, echoes her father’s belief, as apparent in her numerous visits to community events through the years. It is this precedent, set by the Vadasz family, which is behind the noticeable involvement of Otto’s BMW in countless West Chester events throughout the year.

Since opening their doors in 1968, Otto’s BMW has always been involved with the West Chester community. Residents of West Chester seem to notice, as an audible “there’s Otto’s” can be heard as a group of women approach the Otto’s BMW display at West Chester’s Bark in the Park.
