Noted Author Ken Anderberg Releases New E-book

Writer holds no truth back in "Love Letters from Mama," and sheds a little light on the universal question of who we are, what we become, and why.

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Long-time author, writer and magazine editor Ken Anderberg has released a new, full-length e-book, "Love Letters from Mama." The book chronicles the memories and inspirations the writer and his mother shared in their letters during the 14 months after they were reunited, and before she died.

"Love Letters is a celebration of a mother's love for her son, even though they had been apart for decades," says Anderberg. "It's also a chronicle of how a boy became a man without a mother's touch."

In "Love Letters," Anderberg juxtaposes letters from his mother with his own personal experiences as they relate to the advice and memories provided in her letters. Between them, they recount how a boy and his siblings were taken from their mother at a young age, and the effect that had on the author and his brothers.

"We chose to use the e-book format because that is the next wave of publishing," Anderberg explains. "While we are pursuing more tradional publishing methods, the e-book format provides immediacy and reach that we couldn't get with traditional print publication."

Anderberg is a life-long journalist who has led a number of national and regional publications. His award-winning writing has been featured in numerous publications. "Love Letters from Mama" can be found online at Barnes and Noble, Amazon/Kindle, Apple, Sony and Smashwords.
