MommyMDGuides.com Welcomes Its 50th Mommy MD Guide

The website MommyMDGuides.com is proud to report that it now features the tips of 50 doctors who are also mothers.

The new parenting website MommyMDGuides.com is filled with tips, tricks, and techniques to help moms survive parenthood. We've gathered together doctors who are also mothers-we call them Mommy MD Guides-to share the tips that they use for their own families. We're proud to report that we are now 50 Mommy MD Guides strong!

After nearly a year of interviewing these Mommy MD Guides, who between them have hundreds of children, we've found that their strategies and solutions are amazing-and sometimes even shocking. These women physicians are obstetricians and surgeons, cardiologists and psychiatrists, emergency physicians and neonatal intensivists. Some work quietly in small town America, while others are award-winning authors, syndicated columnists, and heads of departments at some of the most prestigious hospitals in the country. Some enjoy simple lives on farms or in suburban neighborhoods, while others are social butterflies living in gated communities. Some are pregnant; others have toddlers and teens. Some have twins and triplets, while others are raising only children. Some are happily married, while others are single moms or women in the midst of divorce. Many are married to doctors, but others are wed to construction workers, even stay-at-home dads. But they all have one thing in common: They're juggling the demands of motherhood while working in one of the most exhausting, exacting careers that a woman could possibly choose.

In our interviews with these incredible women, we've discovered fascinating stories, such as....

How did a doctor cope with her own infertility issues?
How could an ob/gyn not have known she was in labor?
How did an ob/gyn help to deliver her own baby?
What strategies did a doctor use to toilet train her own kids?
Why is a family practitioner not having her children vaccinated for H1N1?
What did a doctor do when she discovered her daughter was lying to her?
... and much, much more

Mommy MD Guides are experts, squared. These women balance medicine and motherhood with style and grace. Their stories will capture your heart, and their tips will enhance your life.

Our Mommy MD Guides' tips are simple, actionable, and practical. If a doctor who's also a mother, who's working 110-hour weeks and pregnant or raising children at the same time, uses a tip and finds it to be helpful, you'd better believe it works!
