The Momentum Marketing Group team, having just completed an outstanding quarter, recently returned from a leadership conference, one of many trips slated for 2015. The managers also announced plans to expand their team.

“We’re very pleased with our first quarter results,” exclaimed Jessica, the company’s director of operations. “This is good news for all of us. With Momentum Marketing Group team’s frequent travel, Jessica noted that they’ve each acquired new skills that alleviate the issues faced on the road. “We’ve all developed some techniques for dealing with different situations we’re presented with, such as airline delays,” she noted. “One of the tips I found that works well is that, after we land and reclaim our bags, we ask to be picked up in the departure area rather than arrivals. There’s a lot less congestion. Also, we try to avoid travel on Monday mornings and Thursday evenings whenever possible.”

The company’s steady growth over the last year has resulted in expansion opportunities, which Jessica noted has led to new openings on the team. “Our current group has done an extraordinary job this year,” she said. “As we grow into new markets, we also need to grow our team.’”
