MBAchic and Brenau's Executive Women's MBA Host Powerhouse Panel for an #InCharge Conversation at DVF Studio

MBAchic and the Brenau Executive Women's MBA will host a discussion on the power of community during Brenau's first residency
MBAchic & Brenau's EWMBA present: if you want to go far, go together

The inaugural cohort of the Brenau Executive Women’s MBA (EWMBA) started classes last month and will be traveling to New York for their first residency on Thursday, Feb. 27. This groundbreaking, first-ever Executive MBA program exclusively for women has partnered with MBAchic, the online resource and community for MBAs and professional women everywhere, for their finance-themed long weekend. The residency will include workshops, company visits, networking events and discussions across Manhattan.

The kickoff to the residency is a discussion with MBAchic on the power of tapping into community, at Diane von Furstenberg’s NYC flagship studio. Esteemed speakers include Cate Luzio, Founder & CEO of Luminary; Pamela Pekerman, Founder & CEO of Hustle Like a Mom; Randi Zinn, Founder & CEO of Beyond Mom; and Kay Wallace, President & CEO of The National Black MBA Association®. The discussion will take place amidst the iconic portraits by New Orleans-based artist Ashley Longshore, a collection commissioned by Diane von Furstenberg for presentation early last year.

The Brenau EWMBA is specifically designed to equip and promote uniquely driven women who are currently successful in the workplace but looking to advance to the C-suite. The Executive Women’s MBA is provided through a flexible platform that combines cohort and independent learning through online experiences and extended weekend residencies that employ interactive learning at the most significant financial and commercial centers in the world.

MBAchic is a resource and community for MBA and professional women everywhere, focused on helping women navigate business school, careers, style and more. Through a mix of original and guest-contributed content, partnerships, resources and advice, MBAchic aims to make investing in education, career and self more accessible. Through a partnership with Brenau and the creation of the MBAchic Fellowship, four women were awarded $10,000 toward their studies in the Brenau newly-launched EWMBA starting last month. Whether you’re an MBA (or not), thinking about an MBA (or not), MBAchic will encourage and empower you to level-up in all areas of life, and keep you inspired, motivated and entertained.
