The subscription page or cost packages page is divided based on five different packages, Ad Hoc Projects, Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages. Depending on the size of the project and the consultant delivering the work the packages price varies. A starter package is ideal for a company with less than 25 employees, a bronze package is ideal for a company with 25 to 100 employees, silver package for companies with 101 to 1000 employees, and a gold package for a company with more than a 1000 employees. Each of these packages has prices defined for annual and monthly pay packages. These packages can be purchased directly through their website.

Each level or package is executed by members who are categorised into four categories, based on level and quality of professional experience. They are Associate, Senior Associate, Manager and Director. An associate has 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience, experience has been gained at a 2nd tier company, and they have a MBA/ MSc/ PhD from a 2nd tier B-School. A senior associate has 5-7 years of work experience and is from a 1st tier company and B-School.

A manager on the other hand has 8-12 years of experience, experience gained a 1st tier company and has studied MBA/MSc/ PhD. A Director has 12+ years of relevant work experience and has the same work experience and educational qualification as a manager.
