Main Street Landings Groundbreaking Ceremony
New Port Richey, Florida, February 21, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The City of New Port Richey, in partnership with Ken and Linda McGurn and Onicx Construction, will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony for the re-commencement of the construction for the Main Street Landings Project on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the project site located at 5500 Main Street, New Port Richey. The public is invited to attend.
Located in the heart of downtown New Port Richey, the upscale complex will include eighty residential units right on the Pithlachascotee River, and fourteen commercial units located directly on Main Street when fully completed.
Main Street Landings is just one of several projects currently underway in our city that will help support our downtown businesses and make New Port Richey a great place to live for people who enjoy walkable communities.

Developers since 1978, Ken and Linda McGurn have completed several award-winning redevelopment projects throughout the state. The McGurns chose Onicx Construction to complete the project based on the firm’s reputation for building luxury residential projects. Construction is estimated to be completed within sixteen months.
