Then when it comes to friends, you can create a group or team -- even a football or basketball team. As the coach, your team will rely on you to lead them to victory.

Don't get it confused, it's good to have confidence, just don't be overconfident. Then as time goes by, you'll get the hang of things and get the leadership ball in the goal with no problem.
