Larson Electronics Releases 70W Explosion-Proof LED Wall Pack Flood Light, CID2, 6,300 Lumens
KEMP, Texas, August 27, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of an explosion-proof LED wall pack flood light with a 70-watt integrated LED assembly providing 50,000 hours of lamp life. This unit is designed to replace 400-watt metal halide fixtures and has a baked-on bronze finish for added durability. This unit is rated for use in Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations.
The HAL-WPLED-70W explosion-proof LED wall pack flood light features an integrated LED assembly, paired with prismatic glass, to produce a wide light distribution. This LED light comes in 5000K, 4000K, or 3000K color temperature and has a self-hinged door for easy access to the lamp and wiring. This unit features two 1/2-inch conduit entries and a 1/2-inch rear knockout, allowing entry to the rear of the fixture for through wall wiring. The LED assembly is housed within a waterproof die-cast aluminum housing.
Larson Electronics’ hazardous location LED wall pack flood light is rated for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; and Class I, Zone 2 hazardous locations. This fixture is universal voltage capable and can be operated on voltages between 100V to 277V AC 50/60Hz. This unit has an ambient temperature range of -40˚C to 40˚C and offers 100,000 hours of operational life. Suitable applications include building facades, manufacturing plants, chemical plants, exterior building perimeters and more.
