Larson Electronics Releases 600W Explosion Proof LED String Light Set CID1, CID2, 70,000 Lumens
KEMP, Texas, February 6, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting sector, announced the release of an explosion proof LED string light set rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This daisy chain unit features four 150-watt LEDs and 200 feet of 12/3 SOOW cable with an explosion proof cord cap.
The EPL-SL-4-50X-150LED-RT-MBC-EPP explosion proof LED daisy chain temporary light system features a total of four 150-watt LED work lights equipped with heavy-duty magnets at the base and connected via 200 feet of 12/3 SOOW cable. Each light has 50 feet of cable between them and 50 feet of input whip, which is terminated in heavy-duty explosion proof cord cap. This fixture is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G hazardous locations.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof LED string set provides 17,500 lumens per bulb for a total of 70,000 lumens of light output at 600 watts with color temperature options that include 5000K, 4000K and 3000K. These lights are an ideal replacement for traditional 400-watt metal halide temporary fixtures and are rated for 60,000 hours of use with 80% lumen retention. This unit features a copper-free aluminum alloy body that is powder coated for added durability.
This unit features an adjustable swivel bracket made of 3/8” aluminum and features six 200lbs grip magnetic bases that provide a total of 1,200lbs of grip allowing operators to mount the fixture to ceilings, walls and other flat metallic surfaces. Suitable applications include temporary illumination, explosive or flammable work environments and hazardous locations, industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities and more.
