Larson Electronics Releases 100W Explosion Proof Low Profile LED Light, Paint Spray Booth, CID1

This unit features Cree LED technology and a conveniently compact design for use in flammable locations.
The HAL-LI-48-2X50LED explosion proof low profile 100-watt LED light fixture is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F and G; Class III, Divisions 1 and 2 hazardous locations. This T5 temperature-rated fully integrated unit is protected by a front-access aluminum framed and hinged 3/16” thick polycarbonate door that provides access to the internal components. The lamp housing is designed for recessed mounting and constructed of non-sparking aluminum and powder coated.
Larson Electronics’ explosion proof light fixture provides 14,000 lumens of high-quality light while drawing on only 100 watts. This copper-free aluminum alloy body unit has LED technology rated for 60,000 hours with an 80% lumen retention. This unit is universal voltage capable and can be operated on 100-277V AC 50/60Hz without the need for a special ballast. The LED has a color temperature of 5000K, 4000K or 3000K with a color rendering of 75.
This fixture features a troffer lay-in mounting design housing measuring only 8 inches thick by 2 feet wide by 4 feet long and is ideal for flush mounting. Suitable applications for this unit include paint spray booths and enclosed spaces where flammable vapors may be present.
