Fortunately for Vogel, the Roof Top Caf staff supports his vision. Along with the physical refurbishing that took place during the annual break, including a complete refinishing of the restaurants signature outdoor dining deck, which is shaded by the envy of the island; a stunning and historic Chinese Mahogany tree, the staff took part in an intensive retraining program to ensure they remain at the top of their game, while becoming familiar with many exciting additions to Roof Top Cafs already island-renowned menu.
This year the grand re-opening of the well-established Key West restaurant incorporates an expansion, with the addition of Agave 308; the hottest new tequila bar on the island.
