Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, has been declared the 'Best Domestic Airline' at the fifth edition of the CNBC Awaaz Travel Awards 2011.
Online, November 21, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Jet Airways, India's premier international airline, has been declared the 'Best Domestic Airline' at the fifth edition of the CNBC Awaaz Travel Awards 2011.
The award was presented by Shri Subodh Kant Sahay, Honourable Union Minister for Tourism to Mr. Gaurang Shetty, Senior Vice President- Commercial, Jet Airways at a glittering ceremony in New Delhi yesterday, in the presence of several luminaries from the travel and trade industry.
These Awards, based on an exhaustive consumer response study conducted across eleven cities, with close to two thousand respondents across all segments (including the Adventure, General public and Corporate segments), seek to recognize and honour the best in class destinations, organizations, infrastructure and service providers based on an objective study conducted by India's leading research firm, Nielsen.
