Founded in July, Luxury Properties Jackson Hole looks to grow 'conscienciously' in high-end market.
Jackson Hole, WY, December 8, 2015 (Newswire.com) - With the complexities in the Jackson Hole real estate market, homeowners and vacationers alike have a new ally in Luxury Properties Jackson Hole. The firm, which opened this Summer in the Pearl at Jackson Building, specializes in care-taking, vacation rentals, and “lifestyle concierge” services.
“We’re going above and beyond the typical concierge services,” said COO Lorie Hamilton Lupp. “We take care of everything for homeowners and vacation rental guests — picking up dry cleaning, bringing in a Christmas tree — whatever it takes to make clients’ time here easy.”
Founded in July by partners Todd Seeton, Wes Lucas, and Dave NeVille, Luxury Properties Jackson Hole looks to grow “conscientiously” in the high-end market. Currently, the group’s portfolio of homes totals 13 and it’s growing daily. The Homes LPJH represent can accommodate any number of guests from one to 14 — and Luxury Properties Jackson Hole particularly wants to cater to families. “Maybe a family has outgrown the hotels or they’re multi-generational,” Lupp said. “Families that want to have experiences together, like a milestone anniversary for grandparents ... We want to be the provider of the base camp for those celebrations in Jackson Hole.”
