Invents Unveils "The Locator", Find Elusive Golf Ball In Seconds
The next generation of golf balls is here and it is called The Locator — with GPS it pinpoints an errant ball whether in rough undergrowth, shrubs or forested area quickly and efficiently.
New York, NY, January 14, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Golfers know of the frustration of having to fruitlessly comb through undergrowth or to crawl around in the brush in order to find a lost ball. Imagine a way to pinpoint the location of an elusive golf ball in seconds. The Locator offers a way to improve one's game and keep track of golf balls.
A specially designed golf ball, The Locator has an integrated GPS locator chip incorporated into its design. A technologically advanced way to track your balls as they move across the course and to locate them while playing whether in brush or in a wooded area. It has been televised for test marketing and has indicated an exceptional consumer interest.
"Golf is my game and I enjoy every moment on the course except when I have to search for an errant golf ball. I designed The Locator because it pinpoints an elusive golf ball in seconds and keeps me and my foursome in timely play. It works."
Christopher Blaine, Inventor
Patent Pending, The Locator was invented by an avid golf enthusiast, Christopher Blaine, of Sparta, NJ, who said, “The Locator will be developed as a PGA approved golf ball with it's design and function matching a standard golf ball and has a GPS computer chip encased in the core of the ball. The software not only locates a lost ball, but also graphically displays the path of the ball after it is hit, as well as displays how far it has traveled enabling the user to more easily make adjustments in a golf swing that can readily improve his or her game.”
The inventor added, “Using a smartphone incorporated with a free application, this software can also be used on a wristwatch such as Garmen, Golf Buddy Watches, etc,”
