InterContinental Asiana Saigon Celebrated Career Week

Online, September 20, 2013 (Newswire.com) - InterContinental Asiana Saigon celebrated its annual career week for 686 hotel team members.
As part of IHG's commitment to give employees room to grow, Career Week was an opportunity for hotel team members to explore all the continuous learning and development options that associates can benefit from IHG and InterContinental Asiana Saigon.
During this week, every member of the IHG family at InterContinental Asiana Saigon participated in different activities, such as Tray Relay where they practiced tray handling skills, and Iron Man Competitions where they competed against each other in ironing clothes. Most importantly, employees were introduced to IHG's career website where they can create and update their profile for a better chance to develop their careers in the future. Additionally, the website offered them an opportunity to recommend their friends and family for any relevant vacancies at IHG worldwide.
On the occasion of this event, the hotel management team took the opportunity to recognise the hard work, dedication and contribution of high potential members of each department by inviting them to an exciting lunch in order to share their thoughts on work and life.
