Inside Sales Bootcamp Opens Enrollment to Help Increase Diversity Within Tech

Tech companies across the country have been under pressure to increase diversity in the past few years. According to Forbes, most companies are heavily comprised of “white, asian and male” workers. This has sparked a mass movement among the tech giants including Facebook, Google, IBM, Microsoft, and Amazon to help diversify their workforce. While the problem is apparent, and companies are working to hire for diversity, they are struggling to hire for qualified entry-level sales positions in general.
