DALLAS, October 22, 2021 (Newswire.com) - InnerCity FiberNet (ICFN), a Dallas-based fiber-optic infrastructure provider, announced today that it has agreed to acquire Gigabit Communications (Gigabit).
ICFN enables high-speed, high-reliability, cost-effective connectivity solutions for enterprise business, education, data center, carrier, cloud and hyperscale companies over its proprietary metro fiber-optic network in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Texas (DFW). ICFN's deep fiber-optic network in DFW provides metro ethernet, metro dark fiber, custom network solutions and fiber construction services.
