Charley returns to his professional passion, helping businesses improve performance through incentivizing, recognizing and rewarding their employees as the National Sales Manager and Business Development Director for Incentive Solutions LLC in Greer, SC.
Charley brings more than 20 years of Premium & Incentive Industry knowledge and experience helping employers by designing, implementing and managing incentive programs that achieve their goals all with a guaranteed return on investment. Prior to joining Incentive Solutions LLC, Charley was a top performing Sales Representative with PMA. He has also worked for and consulted for several companies helping them to increase their share of the Promotional Products marketplace.
During his 20 years in 'the industry' Charley has also served on the Board of Directors for The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and The Incentive Manufacturers & Representatives Alliance (IMRA) where he also served as President. His business insights can be found in ROP (Return On Performance) and PIP magazines. In promotional products, Charley served on the task force that helped to launch "brand" at the PPAI EXPO and presented On-Floor Education at both the ASI! Show in Orlando and during PPAI EXPO East.
He has been married to his wife Robin for 18 years who is a Church Youth Director, Charley's free time is often spent on Church youth and mission activities. In addition he is a dedicated Boy Scout Leader and serves as an adult Education Specialist and Trainer for the BSA. He has two children, Chloe and Griffin who rock his world.
