IBA Group Achieves High Ranking in The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100®
Online, June 2, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®) unveiled the rankings and sub-lists of The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100® program, recognizing the world's best outsourcing service providers.
The list includes companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, and manufacturing and logistics. They include not only today's leaders, but tomorrow's rising stars.
The judging category of Leader or Rising Star is based on size criteria, which is a combination of yearly revenue and employee numbers set by the judging panel. The groups are judged separately. The ranked list is composed of the top 75 Leaders and top 25 Rising Stars.
According to The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100® Application Processes and Scoring Methodology, revenue is one factor to rank companies, but it is not the dominant factor. Participating companies were required to demonstrate excellence in categories such as size and growth, global presence, industry recognition, certifications, customer references, employee management, executive strength, and outsourcing experience.
"At a time when there is a growing need to outsource, The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors lists have become invaluable reference tools to help companies research service providers," said Debi Hamill, IAOP CEO. "The companies named on these lists and sub lists have demonstrated their expertise following a rigorous, independently judged process and represent the top in the industry."
"Each year the competition to be named to The Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors lists continues to reach higher levels," said Jagdish Dalal, Chief Advisor, Thought Leadership, IAOP and Chairman of the judges' panel. "Given the strong competition, getting named to these lists is a great recognition and these companies should be proud of achieving excellence in the field."
"IAOP is continuously striving to make The Global Outsourcing 100 and World's Best Outsourcing Advisors lists important resource tools in the outsourcing decision-making process," said Michael Corbett, IAOP Chairman. "With developing economies expected to see high growth and the global economy accelerating in 2014, choosing the right outsourcing partners will be more important than ever."
IBA Group ranks #25 in the Leaders Category (#68 in 2013) of The 2014 Global Outsourcing 100® and is recognized among the Best 5 Leaders — Employees in Eastern Europe; Best 10 Companies Employees in Eastern Europe; Best 20 Leaders in Western Europe; Best 20 Leaders — Financial Services (Banking, Markets); Best 20 Leaders — Technology (Hardware & Software); Best 20 Leaders — Discrete Manufacturing; Best 10 Companies — Document Management Services; Best 20 Leaders — Information/Communication Technology Services; Best 20 Leaders-Research & Development Services; and Top List Climbers Year to Year.

This year's results are special for IBA because we received the highest ranking since 2006, when we applied for inclusion in The Global Outsourcing 100 for the first time. IAOP named IBA Group in the Top List Climbers Year to Year sub-list for the second year in a row. I do believe that climbing from #88 in 2012 to #25 in 2014 is a big step up. I would like to thank IAOP for the recognition of our achievements, as well as the IBA team for a crucial contribution to the company's success and I look forward to new milestones in the company's growth story."
