-
Howard Cannon, America's most visible Restaurant and Bar Expert Witness, will be appearing on one of the Travel Channel's most popular television shows. Filming is to begin the week of September 23rd in Alaska and will show Mr. Cannon using his unique and memorable approach to fixing restaurants and bars to turnaround a struggling establishment and get it back on its feet and profitable within two-days.
More specific details about the show cannot yet be divulged; however Cannon is expected to use his no-holds barred approach, and finds himself highly-intrigued by this specific project. "This is not the first time we have been approached to participate in these types of shows, and, in fact, we get three or four requests each and every year that we usually decline to participate in; however, this one was just too interesting for me to pass-up." Cannon went on to say, "I am very excited about the challenges that this specific project presents, and I feel this particular episode of this highly-popular television show will be intriguing and informative for the viewers." A big part of what makes Cannon's approach different from others is that, even though he is a very intense operator, he does not believe that foul language and curse words have a place within the restaurant and bar business, and the use of them by management gives the industry a bad name and the employees a bad example to follow.
From start-ups to turnarounds, from operations to marketing, and from advisory to expert witness, Mr.
Cannon is called upon by attorneys, insurance companies, judges, banks, investors, board members,
restaurant executives, media, and others to provide his unbiased, clear and concise opinions, and to
implement his intensely-driven and results-oriented strategies. He has worked in every state across the
United States and in several countries around the globe, with restaurants ranging from fast food to fine
dining. As an author, CEO, and having over 26 years of experience in the restaurant, bar, and hospitality industry, Howard has spoken at countless industry events, corporate gatherings, culinary institutes, universities, and high schools across the country and around the world; and, through the use of passion, humor, memorable analogies, industry know how, and storytelling, he has created content that is like nothing else available in the world today.
