Hiep Trinh Files Lawsuit Against Attorney and CPA Tuan Nguyen aka Anthony Nguyen CPA, and Michael Mai For Extortion, Fraud, Defamation, and Interference with Economic Interest.

Online, August 3, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Fullerton, California - California based entrepreneur, Hiep Trinh, today announced the filing of a lawsuit in Orange County, California, in the Superior Court for the State of California against two Huntington Beach residents: Michael Q. Mai, and Tuan Nguyen aka Anthony Nguyen aka Tony Nguyen, an attorney and CPA.
The suit alleges among other things that Defendants Tuan Nguyen aka Anthony Nguyen and Michael Mai, in collaboration with other parties, engaged in extortion and organized a calculated attack campaign to defame Hiep Trinh, damaging his reputation and business interests.

The complaint outlines allegations that Anthony Tuan Nguyen and Michael Mai engaged in deceptive and unethical practices to obtain Mr. Trinh's business contacts, and began to threaten and extort money from Mr. Trinh. Then, Tuan Nguyen (who according to the complaint served as Mr. Trinh's lawyer in order to obtain confidential information from Mr. Trinh), Michael Mai, and their cohorts organized a campaign to defame Mr. Trinh, using the Internet, local, regional, national, and world media, including Vietnamese newspapers and websites, and mass emails and letters to communicate false and damaging information about Mr. Trinh and his businesses and contacts, causing irreparable damage to Hiep Trinh.
