Governor Christie Visits the Center for Great Expectations, Somerset, New Jersey on Opioid Epidemic
SOMERSET, N.J., September 22, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Just three days after announcing a $ 200M initiative to fight heroin, Governor Christie returns to visit The Center for Great Expectations (CGE), a 501(c)(3), located in Somerset, New Jersey.
The Center for Great Expectations is one of a handful of programs in the country that provides gender-specific trauma-informed treatment services delivered in a continuum of care that includes: Residential treatment, Outpatient treatment (men and women), Therapeutic Childhood Development Center, and Supportive Housing. CGE serves over 200 individuals annually. The Outpatient Center is located in Monument Square in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
