The hand-picked, grower tea selection will be broken down by tea type, province, geographical location, growers name, tea makers name, elevation of the tea farm, harvest date, history, tasting notes and more. Teas will be served in Gong Fu Ceremony style.

Jones BLVD in Las Vegas Chinatown is best known for its modern interpretation of classic Chinese dishes and its insistence on only using high quality, fresh, organic ingredients will roll out over the next few weeks the first 100% grower Tea List and "Farm to Cup" Tea program in America.

The list will be broken down by tea type, province, geographical location, growers name, tea makers name, altitude of the tea farm, harvest and production date and more. 

All teas have been very carefully selected by a few elite tea purveyors, relatives, and friends who are still living in China.  The Tea Menu will feature the best white teas, green teas, black teas, yellow teas, oolong, pu'er's and more from the premier growing areas of the Fujian, Yunnan, Henan, Zhejiang, Hunan, Anhui, and Jiangsu provinces.​ 

Niu-Gu, a sleek 48-seat restaurant, will be open from 5:00 to 11:00pm, seven nights per week, and will be by reservation only.
