FedTechServices (FTS) announces a change in business status from a limited liability company (LLC) to an incorporation (INC).

"Our goal," states Jocelyn Noble, "is to continue to offer the quality of service that we have in the past and to seize new opportunities that will ultimately grow our business and provide solutions to our existing and new business partners."

This change reflects FTS's drastic expansion, pursuing contracts nation-wide, in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) at U.S. Military bases, and internationally.

Founded in 2008, FTS has seen dramatic progress since its inception. As the a subcontractor then a sole-source prime on the Theater Network Management Architecture (TNMA) contract at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in from 2008 through 2010, FTS customized TNMA to monitor networks and events in near real time. USCENTCOM designated TNMA as a "Best of Breed" solution for which FTS helped to reduce the overall costs significantly, maintaining legacy systems. Utilizing Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) components allowed FTS to both reduce costs, expand capabilities, and lift the development burden from USCENTCOM and the contractors.

In 2010, FTS designed the tactical version of TNMA - TNMA 2.0, which was procured by U.S. Forces - Afghanistan (USFOR-A). This version is reverse compatible with TNMA and reports back to USCENTCOM, but expands upon the original TNMA capabilities. This system is also a distributed, redundant system, reducing the footprint of each suite for maximized cost and space savings.

Today, FTS is comprised of over 30 employees, working with 20 business partners, including Hewlett Packard (HP) and Cisco.
