Foxtel Targets Better Online Analytics and Personalised Content Delivery with Datalicious
Sydney, Australia, November 4, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Datalicious, the industry-leading data-driven digital marketing agency, today announced it is working with Foxtel to deliver personalised content and improved online analytics.
The announcement comes as Foxtel looks to rebuild its online assets with updated digital data systems (tag management, site analytics and data management platform) that enables Foxtel to measure the performance of the new website and all Foxtel-owned digital properties, as well providing the capacity to deliver targeted content both on-site and through display advertising based on behavioural data and Foxtel account data.
"Managing our site analytics and digital marketing data collection with SuperTag and OptimaHub provides Foxtel with better, cleaner data, and a more agile digital marketing technology stack for our in-house trading desk and online production teams. OptimaHub and Krux make it easy for us act on data by delivering personalised campaigns to the same segments of customers and prospects, both on foxtel.com.au and in display advertising."
Willem Paling, Head of Online Performance and Analytics
The scope of the analytics and measurement work provided by Datalicious includes data analytics review, implementation of the SuperTag tag management platform, best practice solution design and implementation for Adobe SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics and marketing tags.
The OptimaHub data management platform will be built on the Krux cloud-based DMP and powered by Datalicious products DataCollector, for big data collection, and DataExchange. The DataExchange will allow Foxtel to persist customer and user IDs across their entire digital asset-base.
Powered by Krux, the OptimaHub is a robust platform for collecting, organising, segmenting and activating audience data. The SuperTag tag management platform will allow for Foxtel to setup and control identification points across the website.
Datalicious founder Christian Bartens said that working with Foxtel will be a great opportunity for the company.
“Foxtel are such innovators in the media space, so we’re looking forward to working with them in innovating the online experience for their customers. With SuperTag and OptimaHub, we can make it easier for the Foxtel marketing team to implement campaigns across their digital assets from a single platform environment.”
“We’ve traditionally worked with large financial and telecommunications organisations, so it’s exciting to be taking on such a large-scale project in this industry.”
Foxtel’s Head of Online Performance and Analytics, Willem Paling, said that Datalicious will enable better insights, and more effective digital campaigns.
