First Car Rental Scraps Cape One-Way Fees For January

For a limited period only First Car Rental is eliminating the one-way fee for selected one-way rentals.

For a limited period only - First Car Rental is eliminating the one-way fee for one-way rentals from East London to Cape Town; Port Elizabeth to Cape Town and George to Cape Town, saving renters R600 in fees for the month of January.

Innovators in car hire technology in South Africa, First Car Rental has adjusted the automatic billing capability for renters to take advantage of the offer, allowing renters to book their vehicles via the normal channels as an automatic billing capability has been programmed to ensure that there are no errors or comebacks.

• Usual one-way fee is R600. Offer ends 31 January 2013.
• The waiver applies to all channels and rates.

First Car Rental has more than 6 000 vehicles in use in South Africa and has 45 car rental branches, including branches at all major South African airports, business and tourist destinations.

Worldwide, First Car Rental offers car hire in over 100 countries and 4 500 locations. The First Car Rental fleet ranges from no-frills models to top-of-the-range luxury cars.
