EKS&H Moves Headquarters in Denver Tech Center

Denver, Colorado, July 7, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Since 1994 EKS&H has operated from its headquarters at 7979. E. Tufts Ave. When the firm first moved into that building, the offices took up half of one floor. After expansions through more than five additional floors, and office openings in Boulder, Fort Collins, San Francisco, and downtown Denver, it came time to explore a new facility solution for the majority of the firm’s 700 employees.

The new six-story LEED certified building, at 8181 E. Tufts Ave. Ste. 600, Denver, CO 80237-2521, while only a short walk from the previous location, is miles away in terms of innovative technology, collaborative office space, and healthy ways to work.

Facility improvements aimed at supporting health and wellness include a centralization of offices to maximize light flow; automatic light sensors that save electricity and support natural circadian rhythm; walking workstations and wellness rooms on every floor; 100% sit-to-stand, ergonomic workstations; and EKS&H FIT, a fitness facility that includes a WellBeats video library, 9 cardio machines with built-in video, GymRacks, and group class space. The new building also features a cafe with fresh, healthy food options, games, and an outdoor garden deck for formal and informal gathering.
