Concord Project Technologies Enters New Growth Phase
Advisory board to be announced this spring, CEO search underway
PALO ALTO, Calif., February 23, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Concord Project Technologies has embarked on an ambitious new phase of growth that will see founding CEO Olfa Hamdi move to a newly established advisory board while the organization appoints a new CEO. The leadership change has been planned for more than six months as Hamdi moves to a new position as CEO of Tunis Air, the national airline of her home country.
"We remain deeply committed to our clients, students, supporters and the global Advanced Work Packaging and Workface Planning communities," Hamdi said after announcing the transition. "We have a robust plan in place to ensure that our clients and students continue to receive high-quality services. Our new CEO will continue to drive our international expansion and build Concord Academy into the world's most trusted training for capital project leaders."
Hamdi will remain involved with Concord Project Technologies as a member of the advisory board and will work with her successor to ensure a smooth transition.
"I am a Tunisian-American, and I feel honoured to accept the opportunity to serve my country as CEO of the national airline," Hamdi said. "I trust that we built Concord with solid mechanisms in place to continue to deliver the thought leadership, education and training services our customers depend on."
Hamdi will continue her work as founder of the not-for-profit Care for 24 and as founder of the Center for Strategic Studies on Tunisia.
