Cobra Group UK: UK & Ireland Annual Administration Conference 2010
Online, May 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Cobra Group UK recently held their UK and Ireland Annual Administration Conference 2010 which was hosted by Cobra's Admin and Recruitment Academy on 23rd April to 25th April at the luxurious NEC Hilton Metropolitan Hotel in Birmingham, UK. Attended by over twenty five Organisational Heads and Senior Administrators from across UK, Ireland and Holland, the conference got started with a meeting in which relevant topics were suggested.
Topics were run by The Cobra Group's Global Head of Sales Support on "How to conduct appraisals" as well as Senior Administrators on "How to coach and re-train Administrators in recruitment", followed by Business Managers and the Owner Support team on "What conversations to have and when".
It was the Cobra Group Admin and Recruitment Manager who opened the conference, which saw many relevant issues being discussed on the second day and third day. There were interactive sessions, note taking and Q&A sessions, Client Account Team meetings with division specific topics and all those things that were to benefit the delegates in many ways. Added to these, there was music, there was the sumptuous food and all those many activities that created the atmosphere needed to bring the folks together and build up and retain the harmony that's characteristic of the company and its associate companies.
