Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen to Close in July
St. Helena, Napa Valley, California, June 26, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Cindy Pawlcyn, renowned chef, celebrated author and founding owner of Napa Valley restaurants Mustards Grill and Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, announced today of the July 7th closing of Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen. The St. Helena restaurant, opened in 2002, is known for creating dishes highlighting globally-influenced food in a cozy 'backstreet' venue.
"We established Cindy's to create a neighborhood place where I could cook for my regulars -old friends and new - and I am truly grateful for everyone who has come to dine in my kitchen," said Cindy Pawlcyn, "Sixteen years is a good run so when I was approached by a respected friend and local entrepreneur with a sound business offer for the historic building that houses Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, I knew to say yes!"

Cindy added "though saying goodbye to Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen will take some getting used to, everyone can still find me 'down valley' at Mustards Grill. Mustards Grill celebrated its 35th anniversary this June and is opening the highly anticipated Mustards Grill outpost at the San Francisco International Airport this August.
