Child Custody Storm Cloud Hangs Over The Sunshine State
As the US has almost the highest rate of divorce in the world, with Florida sitting unenviably near the top of the list of states by divorce rate.

In recent years, the State of Florida has alarmingly seen several of its counties occupy the top position of "Divorce Capital of the United States". According to the Florida Department of State Health Services there are still tens of thousands of marriage break-ups in Florida each year. In many cases, children have resulted from the marriage and parents are left wondering what their rights are in the child custody process; facing uncertainty, stresses and hardships in the ensuing legal proceedings. Fighting Fathers Ministries, headed by Rev. David Smith, recently toured Florida and met with several followers of their online social justice initiatives, with a view to establishing an online resource for parents in custody situations.

This new site collaborates a diverse range of information from various sources that address the common scenarios faced by parents in a custody dispute, including legal issues, and the rights that they have under such circumstances.
