Chester Speaks on Legal Aspects of International Trade

J. F. (Jim) Chester, JD/LL.M, a partner at Klemchuk Kubasta LLP, presented a seminar on "The Legal Aspects of International Trade" in Fort Worth on March 25, 2010. The event was co-sponsored by the Worth at the Tarrant County College International Small Business Development Center and the Forth Worth International Center.

Mr. Chester's presentation discussed the various legal issues associated with international business dealings, including methods of engaging in international business, identifying and managing risks, comparative legal systems, and key contract provisions in international business agreements.
